This is Denis Sharipov, from Kazan. He is 19 years old. He doesn’t study at college or at University, and he doesn’t work. But Denis already has $200 000. How?
He is a cyber sportsman who plays CS GO professionally. His nickname is Electronic. He played with different teams before he joined Natus Vincere. It is easier to earn money in a team than alone, because prize funds for team tournaments are very big. 

The top e-sport professional now is Saahil Arora from the USA. He is now 29.He has earned almost $3mln playing Dota2.

How do they train? Usually a cyber sportsman plays 4-8 hours a day. Some play 12 hours, but say that it is not very effective because attention and reaction go down after 4 hours of nonstop playing. And you need breaks and physical activity too. You must train both alone and in a team.

E-sportsmen travel a lot playing in different teams. The most popular competitions are multiplayer tournaments in Dota, League of Legend and Counter Strike. The most common video game genres are real-time strategy (RTS), first-person shooter (FPS), fighting, and multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA). In 2019, more than 400 mln people will watch eSports.

In 2016 the revenue from eSports reached $500 mln. So it is a big biz!
